Transfer of data: Personal data may be transferred to the entities that form part of LandaGO (VICOMTECH, BASQUECCAM, DIPUTACIÓN FORAL DE GIPUZKOA, MUBIL and GOBIERNO VASCO) for the same purposes established in this privacy policy. Management of your information arising from contact established with LandaGO through the forms on this website and/or the email addresses specified on it, regarding queries, requests for information and/or applications you submit to us, including any potential job applications, and the responses, communications and/or delivery of the corresponding information from us. How have we obtained your data?

In certain circumstances, we may develop a “commercial profile” based on the information you provide us, but no automated decisions will be made based on this profiling.

Furthermore, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority, in this case, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es/en), if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the current regulations in this matter and especially when you are not satisfied with the exercise of your rights.

We have strived and continue to strive each day to create a space for communication with our users that is safe, reliable and fosters trust. Therefore, we would like to share with you our principles regarding your privacy and the protection of your personal data. We do all of this with a view to the continuous improvement of the transparency, loyalty, good practices, guarantees and additional security measures that we implement to ensure your privacy and the security of the personal data that concern you.   • When we request your consent for the processing of your personal data, you will be asked to perform a clear affirmative action that represents an expression of your free, specific, informed and unambiguous consent. To that end, after providing you with all the pertinent information about the processing, we will ask you to tick a box that is not already ticked to give your consent.
  • If you are under 14 years of age, you must not provide us with any of your personal data, as we cannot process it without the consent of the corresponding holder of parental authority or guardianship and to the extent determined by this party.

Commercial communications via email

In accordance with the LAW 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI-CE” or “LSSI”) we do not engage in spam practices, so we will not send advertising or promotional emails unless they have been previously requested or explicitly authorised by you, unless you have a prior contractual relationship with us and the commercial communications relate to LandaGO products or services that are similar to those that you initially requested.

In any case, commercial communications will always be clearly identified as such and we will also be clearly identified as the sender. Similarly, in each one of them we will offer you the possibility to oppose the processing of your data for promotional purposes by providing an email address or other valid electronic address, assisting you in exercising this right.

Truthfulness and accuracy of the data

As a user, you are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data you provide, and you therefore guarantee and are accountable for their authenticity and completeness. Furthermore, you undertake to keep them duly updated by notifying LandaGO of any modifications and/or changes to their validity that may arise.

Changes to the Privacy and Data Protection Policy

Users are advised that this Privacy and Data Protection Policy may change due to new legislation, case law or industry or self-regulation practices, and they should review it regularly.
